Booking Terms

Check In:     14:00 -19:00 (except from 10 December to 10 January  and 1 April until 1 May when check in time will be from 15:00 to 19:00 unless otherwise arranged)

Check Out:  10:00 ( except from 10 December to 10 January and 1 April to 1 May when check out time will be at 09:00 unless otherwise arranged}

A deposit of 50% of the full price of the booking must be paid at confirmation of the booking. The full price must be paid 5 days before arrival.

Cancelation Policy

  • Our Covid-19 guarantee: We guarantee a full pay-back for any cancellation due to national restrictions on travel that may prevent you from using your booking.
  • If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
  • If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit total
  • If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit total
  • If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit total

Pet Policy

Pet friendly on the proviso that your dog is properly socialised and will not jump on furniture. Please arrange with us beforehand if you want to bring your fur friend along. Plaashuis and Springbokhuisie are fenced in. Pets will not be allowed to stay alone in the cottage while guests are on a day trip.

Children

Please note that Elandhuisie, which is elevated quite high above the ground, may be dangerous for babies and younger children. The plunge pools at both Elandhuisie and Springbokhuisie do not have safety nets and are level with the patio area which make it dangerous for children who cannot swim. None of these houses are recommended for very young children.
